However, if for any reason you need to return or replace an item, our team is here to assist you promptly and smoothly.

 

We accept returns or replacements strictly in the following situations ONLY:

- You received the incorrect product 

- You received a damaged product 

- You received an expired product 

- You received an empty package 

 

Process for Return / Replacement Requests:

 

1. If you have received a wrong, damaged, or expired product, please contact us within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery by sending an email to help@floriazecosmetics.com. 

Kindly include clear photographs and any relevant supporting documentation (such as delivery emails or packaging images) that demonstrate the issue.

Important: Requests received after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.

 

2. In the case of a package that appears to be empty or lacks weight upon receipt, we kindly request you to record a continuous unboxing video showing the complete opening of the package, including all sides and contents (or lack thereof). Please attach this video to your email when raising the request.

Order Cancellation Policy:

 

- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. 

- Orders that are still in processing (not yet shipped) may be cancelled upon request. Please contact us as early as possible.

What Happens After You Raise a Request:

- We aim to review all return/replacement requests within 48 hours of receiving your email. 

- Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our logistics partner. The courier will collect the product directly from your doorstep at no additional cost to you. 

 

- After we receive the returned product, our quality team will carefully inspect it. 

- If the issue you reported is verified, we will process your refund **within 24 hours** of inspection. 

  Refunds are typically credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Important Notes:

- All return/refund decisions are subject to verification by the Floriaze team. 

- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all seals, labels, and accessories intact (where applicable). 

- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions or fall outside the eligible categories.
