1. Delivery Coverage: Floriaze delivers products to more than 20,000 unique PIN codes across India, ensuring wide accessibility for our customers nationwide.

2. Shipping Timeframe: Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 48 working hours of receipt. Our trusted logistics partners typically complete delivery within 2 to 10 business days, business days. Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by the recipient's location, accessibility challenges, or external factors such as adverse weather conditions or natural disruptions.

 

Delivery and Customer Support

 

1. Delivery Concerns: Should your order not arrive within 10 days of dispatch, kindly reach out to our support team at help@floriaze.com or +91 99982 52914 for prompt assistance.

2. Undeliverable PIN Codes: We verify serviceability for your PIN code during checkout and continue to monitor it thereafter. In the rare event that a PIN code becomes unserviceable after order placement, we will cancel the order and process a full refund (for prepaid orders) within 48 hours.

 

Shipping Charges and Special Considerations

 

1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee: A nominal additional charge of ₹70 applies to all Cash on Delivery orders.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the product received is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us immediately at help@floriaze.com or +91 99982 52914. Refer to our Return Policy for further guidance. Our delivery partners are unable to resolve such issues directly.

 

Order and Address Management

 

1. Address Accuracy: Please provide complete and accurate delivery details, including the correct PIN code. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, including changes to the shipping address. Each order is shipped to a single designated address only.

2. Order Cancellation: In exceptional circumstances, such as non-serviceable locations, we may cancel the order. Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued within 48 hours of cancellation.

 

Delivery Attempts and Multi-Item Orders

 

1. Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts. In case of unsuccessful attempts, we will reach out to coordinate an alternative delivery arrangement.

2. Multiple Products: Orders containing several items may be shipped in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. This may result in staggered delivery timelines.
